Police: Flanders Man Driving Drunk Found With Marijuana

Derek W. Knatz, 33, of Flanders, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana on July 12 at 8:36 p.m., after police stopped him for a traffic violation on Route 25 in Southold, reported. He was found to be intoxicated and was found to be in possession of marijuana. Knatz was transported to police headquarters in Peconic and processed. Knatz was held overnight for arraignment.

Juettner Jeffrey, 49 of Southold, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, revoked license and expired inspection on July 12 at 8:53 p.m. after police stopped him at 7-11 in Southold for the revoked license, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on $100 bail.
