Police: DWI With Open Intox, Disorderly Conduct
Southold Town Police report one incident of driving while intoxicated and another of disorderly conduct.

Norman Reinertsen, 50, of Laurel was charged with driving while intoxicated, no brake light, failing to use a turn signal and driving with an open bottle of alcohol in the vehicle on Saturday at 1:47 a.m., after police stopped him as he drove on Peconic Bay Boulevard in Laurel. Officers also found that Reinertsen had violated a driver's restriction, police said.
Haywood Reed, 53, of Greenport was charged with disorderly conduct on April 19 at 4:30 p.m., after police responded to a call reporting an intoxicated male on Third Street in the village. An officer located Reed and advised him to go home, after which point Reed began urinating on a nearby fence, police said.
