Carlos Deleon-Gutierrez, 25, of Greenport, was charged with public lewdness on Aug. 5 at 3:33 a.m., after he was found in a driveway of a Front Street residence in a highly intoxicated state with his pants down and masturbating within public view, police said. He was arrested for public lewdness, transported to police headquarters in Peconic and held for arraignment.
