The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
Bernabe Lopez, 25, of Cutchogue, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Nov. 22 at 7:22 p.m. after police stopped for a traffic violation and he was found to be intoxicated after failing several roadside sobriety tests. Lopez was arrested, transported to police headquarters in Peconic and held for arraignment.
