Police: Cutchogue Man Arrested on Bench Warrant

Southold Town Police stop a Cutchogue man with a warrant out for his arrest on Monday.

The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate guilt.

Nelson Carbajal, 22, Cutchogue was arrested on Dec. 10 at 1:20 p.m. on an active bench warrant issued by Southold Town Justice Court for unlicensed driving and unregistered vehicle offenses, police said. Carbajal was processed and held at Southold Town Police headquarters in Peconic pending arraignment.
