UPDATE: Cutchogue Driver Was Involved in Crash That Killed West Babylon Motorcyclist

Suffolk County Police have identified the motorcyclist who died in a fatal Deer Park crash in the early morning hours of Tuesday as Paul Quinn, 46, of West Babylon.

A Cutchogue man was the driver of a Honda Accord involved in the fatal accident at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park, Suffolk County Police reported.

Police said that Quinn was traveling westbound on Lake Avenue when his motorcycle collided with a 2004 Honda Accord driven by Frank Fiore, 42, of Cutchogue, who was traveling south on Deer Park Avenue.

Quinn was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner, police said. Fiore was uninjured. Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.
