Charles Cartselos, 45, of Greenport died on Friday after a medical condition caused him to veer off Manhanset Avenue in Greenport on May 18 at 5:09 p.m. and crash into a tree, reported this week. Members of the responded to the scene and transported Cartselos to , where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
Cartselos helped run , a long-standing pizzeria on Route 48 in Southold. Visiting hours were held on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at in Cutchogue. A funeral service took place Monday at 10 a.m. at the in Mattituck.
