Mary Lindsey, 23, of Calverton, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Aug. 31 at 12:01 a.m., after police observed her failing to signal when making a turn and then proceeding the wrong way down a one-way street in Greenport, police said. She was stopped for the traffic violations, found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest. She was transported to police headquarters and held for a morning arraignment.
