Police: Body Found Along Richmond Creek
Southold Town Police report finding a body Saturday morning along the westerly shore of Richmond Creek in Peconic.
Southold Town Police confirmed on Monday that a body was found on Saturday morning on the westerly shore of Richmond Creek along Indian Neck Lane in Peconic.
Police Capt. Martin Flatley said that police are investigating the death as a suicide and do not have any reason to believe at this point that the death was a result of foul play. No other details regarding the incident have been released.
