Man Busted for Threatening Greenport High Principal, Police Say

The suspect was released on his own recognizance.

A Greenport man was arrested after police said he called and threatened the Greenport High School principal.

According to Southold Town police, the man, 54, was arrested on Monday at 8 a.m. and charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, after he called Principal Leonard Skuggevik.

The suspect was arraigned and released on his own recognizance, police said.
