Man Arrested for Public Lewdness at Mattituck McDonald's

Southold Town police say a Mattituck man exposed himself to a restaurant patron Friday night.

Constantine Perez, 21, of Mattituck was charged with public lewdness on Friday at 10:17 p.m. just outside of the Mattituck McDonald's on Route 25, after Southold Town police received a call that Perez had exposed himself to a patron and harassed the restaurant's employees.

Police said that Perez was highly intoxicated when he entered the McDonald's. A patron of the restaurant asked Perez to leave, and he refused to do so at first. Perez then left, and while he was in the parking lot he exposed himself to that same patron and yelled obscenities at him, police said.
