Nearly a month after the body of Sarah Goode was found in the woods in Medford, Suffolk police have made an arrest in the death of the Medford mother.

Cops: Cab Driver Punches, Robs Female Passenger
A cab driver beat and tried to rob a woman he had driven home from Queens Monday morning, according to Nassau County Police.
Cops said the 25-year-old victim came off the J train at Jamaica Station and got into a cab bound for Long Island. The driver brought her to Park Avenue and Waverly Place in East Meadow where he pulled over and demanded her money, cops said. A West Hempstead store was held up at gunpoint by men in elaborate disguises, according to Nassau County Police.
Detectives said three men walked into Radio Shack on Hempstead Turnpike with a gun and tied up two male employees in a storage room. The men then took an assortment of electronics and fled the scene.
