• Mark Harrison, 54, of Hampton Bays, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a felony, after a domestic dispute in Hampton Bays on March 20. Police said Harrison is accused of grabbing his live-in girlfriend by the throat and slapping her in the face and head.

• A registered sex offender pleaded guilty Friday to eight felony counts of unlawful surveillance for putting a video camera in the swimsuit models' changing area during a fashion show in Southampton Village in July 2012. Robert Liguori, of Mastic Beach, is due back in Suffolk County Criminal Court in Riverside on May 8, when he is expected to be sentenced to between one and a half and three years in a state penitentiary, according to his attorney, Christopher Gioe, of Central Islip law firm Piana and Gioe. Liguori is a level-two sex offender, and will likely be upgraded to a level-three sex offender when he is sentenced, Gioe added. According to authorities, Liguori, who was 51 at the time of his arrest, identified himself as an artist/photographer at the July 12, 2012, fashion show, and at some point during the event he slipped into the changing area to hide a digital video camera. However, authorities said, an intern for the fashion designer discovered the camera, and the designer turned the video over to police.

• Stephan Nielsen, 45, of Southampton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, on March 18. Police said Nielsen was parked at Cold Spring Beach in Tuckahoe when officers approached and upon a search found he was in possession of cocaine.

• Sag Harbor Village police arrested a man last week who they say used counterfeit $100 bills at Division Street businesses back in January. Police said that midmorning on Jan. 7, Daniel L. Gonzalez, 32, of Ozone Park, entered Cavaniola's Gourmet Cheese Shop on Division Street and used a $100 bill to make a purchase. He then tried to do the same a few doors down, at Sag Harbor Beverage Store, but the store clerk would not accept the bill, according to an arrest report. Gonzalez was arrested at LaGuardia Airport in Flushing, Queens, on March 20, at 12:24 p.m. and his written statement was taken at the Port Authority Police Department, before he was transported to Sag Harbor Village Justice Court for arraignment, the arrest report states. Gonzalez is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument, both misdemeanors.

• A large fight broke out Saturday shortly after 12:30 a.m. in the parking lot of an Elm Street venue, leaving one man with an eye injury that will require surgery, according to Southampton Village police. Police did not specify how many people were involved in the melee outside 230 Elm, though one alleged participant has been arrested. Police said that after an investigation, 25-year-old Paul J. Ward III, of Mastic Beach, was placed under arrest Sunday at 2:15 p.m. and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

East Hampton

• Yvette McKie Washington, 48, of Sag Harbor, was arrested and charged with identity theft in the second-degree, a felony, on March 15 after she used someone else's checking account to pay $1,500 worth of cellphone bills. Police said she used the victim's identity and his checking account to pay her Verizon bill five separate times, beginning in July 2012. She was released on her own recognizance after her arraignment.

• Angela M. Concepcion, 47, of East Hampton, was arrested on a third-degree criminal mischief charge, a felony, on Saturday. Police responded to an unknown type of disturbance on Three Mile Harbor Road, and when they arrived they found there had been a physical altercation between Conception and a victim. Conception had allegedly thrown a large rock or piece of slate at the windshield of her 2011 Honda Pilot, shattering the windshield. While in custody, police said they called East Hampton Village Ambulance Association to take her to Southampton Hospital, where she was treated and released. The following morning, she was released on $200 bail.

• Mason P. Horstmann, 37, of East Hampton, was arrested on a felony driving while intoxicated charge on March 22 at about 2:45 a.m. Police said they saw him speeding on Three Mile Harbor Road, when he was stopped for a violation on Soak Hides Road. He appeared intoxicated and failed all field sobriety tests, police said. His vehicle was impounded due to a prior conviction of DWI in the Town of East Hampton in 2008. Hortsmann was released on $2,000 bail following his arraignment.
