Crime Report: DWI, Forcible Touching

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southold Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests on the North Fork between March 18 and March 20.

Southold Police arrested David Miller, 62, of Brooklyn on March 18 on the charge of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Police said they stopped Miller along South Street in Greenport for allegedly failing to use his traffic signal when they discovered he was intoxicated. Miller was held overnight and arraigned the next morning.

Suffolk County Police arrested Walter Brown, 28, of Bellport om March 20 on an active warrant from the Southold police for forcible touching, a misdemeanor. Brown was transferred to the Southold police station where he was held for arraignment.
