Cops: Woman Charged With DWI in Greenport
Police said a woman who failed to maintain her lane of traffic was charged with DWI in Greenport.
A Miller Place woman was charged with driving while intoxicated in Greenport Saturday night, police said.
According to Southold Town police, Patricia Hearn, 61, of Miller Place, was arrested on Saturday at 9:38 p.m. on Albertson Lane and Route 25.
Police said Hearn was observed operating a 2009 Honda Accord westbound on Route 25 and failed to maintain her lane position. Further investigation revealed that Hearn was intoxicated, police said. Hearn was arrested, transported to Southold Town police headquarters, processed, and held overnight to await arraignment before Southold Town Justice Court.
