Cops: Man Nabbed For DWI in Southold
Police said the driver was seen crossing over the white line.
A man was busted after police said he was caught driving drunk in Southold on Sunday.
According to Southold Town police, Patrick Iohn, 64, of Southold, was arrested on Route 25 at 7:59 p.m. after he was observed crossing over the white line while traveling westbound.
Police said after Iohn was stopped and interviewed, he was found to be intoxicated and arrested. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was taken to police headquarters, where he processed and held for arraignment.
