Cops: Man Nabbed For DWI in Cutchogue

The driver failed to maintain his lane, police said.

A Southold man was cuffed after police said they caught him driving drunk in Cutchogue early Saturday morning.

According to Southold Town Police, Charles S. Hall, 49, was stopped for failing to maintain his lane of travel on Route 48 and Bridge Lane at 4:27 a.m.

Police said he Hall was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Hall was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and held to wait for arraignment.
