Cops: Man Busted on Parole Warrant

The defendant was taken to jail to wait for his parole hearing, police said.

A Greenport man was cuffed Wednesday after he was charged with a felony relating to a parole warrant.

According to Southold Town police,  detectives assisted New York State parole with arresting Marcus Ameden, 31, at his home.

He was arrested without incident, charged with a felony in relation to the warrant, and was taken to police headquarters for processing and later, to the Suffolk County Correctional Facility to await his parole hearing.
