Cops: Man Busted for DWI in Cutchogue
Police said the driver was stopped for failure to maintain his lane.
A Greenport man was cuffed for driving drunk in Cutchogue early Monday, police said.
According to Southold Town police, Roberto E. Garrido, 26, was arrested on Route 25 and Wagon Wheel Lane at 3:20 a.m. after he was stopped for failing to maintain his lane of travel.
Police said Garrido was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.
Garrido was transported to Southold Police headquarters for processing and held for arraignment.
