Police: Man Busted For Cocaine, Marijuana Possession in Cutchogue

The man was released on bail, police said.

A Mount Sinai man was caught with cocaine and marijuana after a traffic stop in Cutchogue Friday, police said.

According to Southold Town police, the man, 24, was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 48 in Cutchogue at 6:36 p.m. and found to have both cocaine and marijuana. He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

He was  taken to police headquarters, processed, and released on bail, police said.
