What Should Replace the Old North Fork Fence? [Empty on the North Fork]

Last year, North Fork Fence moved from a building next to Suffolk County National Bank on Route 25 in Mattituck — what sort of business would fit in there?

A pink barn-like building sandwiched between and Eckert Oil on Route 25 in Mattituck has been empty since relocated to 13100 Route 25 — the former home of Mattituck Florist — last year. Mattituck Florist has seen success on a higher traffic area on 95 Love Lane — what business can you envision fitting in and thriving at the former North Fork Fence building?
