Annual Halloween Parades Kick Off For The Kids

Halloween parades a'plenty will give the little ones a chance to show off their costumes Thursday on the North Fork.
An annual Mattituck tradition will take place on Halloween, as the Mattituck Lions Club presents the "Parade & Monster Mash."
The parade steps off at 6 p.m. at the Mattituck Fire Department, with a party to follow at the Mattituck High School gym. The event includes a light show and DJ.
Cutchogue's parade is also set for 6 p.m. The goes from Cutchogue West on Depot Lane and ends at the Cutchogue Fire House, with snacks afterward.
