Kids, Local Business Team Up To Spread Holiday Cheer
Enjoy good food for a good cause Wednesday night at Greenport High.
Greenport High School Student Council members want to help families in need this holiday season.
To that end, the GHS Student Council is slated to host a Mexican dinner on Wednesday night from 5 to 7 p.m. in the home ec room.
Proceeds will benefit Wish Factory, Inc., an organization dedicated to helping families during the holiday season.
Wish Factory has adopted 20 North Fork families for the holidays.
Marc LaMaina of Lucharitos has donated tempting fare to the festivities.
