Shelter Island 5K Walk/Run

This 5k will kick off at Crescent Beach on Shelter Island on Saturday, Oct. 16 at 10:00 am. Proceeds from this event will benefit North Fork Breast Health Coalition and the Coalition for Women's Cancers at Southampton Hospital. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Lucia's Angels.The first 500 registrants will receive free T-shirts and medals. Participants will also receive a free stretch clinic, therapeutic massages, and free barbecue.
