The Winemakers' Dinner Series Featuring Anthony Nappa

Noah’s is kicking off Harvest
season with a Winemakers’ Dinner Series on Sunday, September 8 at 5:30 p.m. Anthony
Nappa Wines will be the featured vineyard, with Anthony Nappa discussing the
five-course menu along with the choice of paired wine. The cost is $75 per
person not including tax and gratuity. 
The dinner will be held in the private dining room and a la carte dinner
service will also be available in the main dining room.  Seating is limited and reservations are
strongly recommended.  Sample menu is as
follows:



Roasted Local Beet Salad

Warm Catapano Farms goat cheese, cracked hazelnuts and wild arugula

2012 Blissful – Rose



Lathams Late Harvest
Corn Soup

Charred corn, chili oil and popcorn shoots

2012 Sciardonne’ – Chardonnay
