Thanksgiving Day Feast at The Living Room

The Living Room Restaurant at c/o The Maidstone offers a four-course menu on Thanksgiving Day from 1 to 7:30 p.m. The cost is $87 per person, plus tax and gratuity; 50% off for kids 12 and under. Reservations are currently being accepted. The menu, with food prepared by Executive Chef Mathais Brogie, is as follows:

FIRST COURSE

Västerbotten quiche with löjrom sauce and frisee salad

 

THIRD COURSE

Traditional heritage turkey with classic condiments

Flounder meuniere with capers, red beets, puree of Jerusalem artichokes,

brown butter and lemon confit

“Wallenbergare” with petit pois, brown butter and potato puree

Grilled seasonal vegetables with tofu, hummus and edamame puree

 

DESSERT

Choice of

Classic pumpkin pie with whipped cinnamon crème

Chocolate tarte with hot raspberries

Apple pie with candied hazelnuts and vanilla crème
