Sample gins, vodkas, whiskies and more made locally, including the gins of the New York Distilling Company and the whisky, bourbon and vodka of Long Island Spirits. And as you learn to mix them into delightful cocktails, experiment with Koppert Cress's micro-green garnishes. And enjoy a variety of small plates and appetizers from our kitchen.
