Peconic Land Trust's 5th Annual Lecture Series

“Long Island Grown: Food and Beverage Artisans at Work,” kicks off with “Small Bites” featuring mushroom grower David Falkowski of Open Minded Organics, Fred Lee of Sang Lee Farm, and Pete Ludlow of Mecox Bay Dairy. Learn about these dynamic local food producers and their approaches to growing and creating innovative products to meet changing consumer tastes.

Moderated by Laura Donnelly, local pastry chef and writer for the East Hampton Star; refreshments follow the presentation.
