Cliff Batuello is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. He's a past instructor with the Sommelier Society of America and has 30 years experience in the restaurant and beverage industries. The price includes five two-hour sessions covering the classic wine regions around the world, with sample of 8-10 wines at each class. Our own East End wines will, of course, be included in every class. This is meant to be far-reaching, without the fear factor. We will cover a lot of ground during this time, and IT WILL BE FUN . . . or else!
