Winter: Spotlight on Improv
What better way to battle the boredom of winter than learning the fun, vibrant art of improv? These classes will teach the fundamentals of improvisation for the theatre. The class will teach improv exercises and offer spontaneous performance opportunities.
Students will work to create their own "improv troupe". This troupe will have the opportunity to develop their skills in theatrical improv, with an eye on comedy. Think Second City comes to Riverhead! Improv is a great way to hone acting skills, foster creativity and spontaneity, increase interpersnal skills, and just have FUN!
Classes will culminate with an improv performance in our intimate GrangeTheatre.
