Using theatre games, interesting nature facts and artifacts, original music and classic picture books, children will explore topics like hibernation, migration, adaptation, camouflage, and animal tracks! Short hikes around and about the Inlet Pond Park & the “Red House Nature Center” will give children hands-on experience with the topics discussed.

Attendance at The Great Backyard Bird Count at the North Fork Audubon Society “Red House” at Inlet Pond on Sunday February 17th, 2013 at 1 PM is enthusiastically encouraged so your child can share the songs and movements they have learned with their friends and families. The Great Backyard Bird Count is a North Fork Audubon at the “Red House” event for family and friends of all ages to enjoy!
