Enjoy an energizing, Sunday morning yoga practice in the Kripalu tradition. Kripalu, which means compassion in Sanskirt, encourages yogis and yoginis to find their own edges in yoga practice using a combination of pranayama (breath practice), asana (postures), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) and dharana (intense focus). You will gain an increased sense of awareness in the body, breath and mind. All experience levels are welcome. Namaste!
