China's Intangible Cultural Heritage: Chinese Calligraphy Workshops by Dr. Wang, Xing at Stony Brook University's Confucius Institute-Friday, October 11.

Calligraphy, the writing
of characters and an art which developed over many centuries in China is
recognized as an “Intangible Cultural Heritage” by UNESCO. Dr. Wang, Xing’s
first class was so popular he has returned to lead this session hands-on class
on the basics of calligraphy.



 



Admission: Free.
Open to all.
