Brooklyn Speaks: Communities Against Gun Violence

Gun Violence is on the rise in New York.

We Are All Brooklyn, a community based organization in Brooklyn, are hosting an event on April 24, 2014, to raise money for anti-gun violence programs

All proceeds will be awarded to non-profits who are tackling the issue of gun violence in 5 of Brooklyn's hardest hit neighborhoods: East New York, Crown Heights, East Flastbush, Brownsville and Bed-Stuy.

Many North Forkers grew up in Brooklyn, have children living in Brooklyn, or had grandparents or great-grandparents who immigrated to Brooklyn before heading east to raise their families in a safer place.

Please help support Brooklyn become that safer place for those living here now. Attending the event is the only way to support this cause, learn how to be a financial sponsor here.
