Beer Dinner at Love Lane Kitchen with Great South Bay Brewery

Love Lane Kitchen in Mattituck is hosting their final beer pairing dinner in the January series on Thursday, January 30 at 7 p.m. The four-course meal will be paired with beers from Great South Bay Brewery. The cost is $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

Spinach & Prosciutto Salad
Fresh spinach salad, Gorgonzola, red apple, candied walnuts, and prosciutto
Snaggletooth Stout

Just For The Halibut
Pan seared halibut, spicy coriander and ginger broth, lime and chilis
Massive IPA

Marinated Skirt Steak
Juniper berry marinated skirt steak with pineapple stuffing
Sleighryed

What The Fudge
Homemade chocolate fudge, orange zest, and sea salt
Blood Orange Pale Ale
