AUTHOR JOANN PICCOZZI SIGNS COPIES OF HER MEMOIR, UMBRIAN TWILIGHT

By day, she’s the manager
at the historic, waterfront Old Mill Inn in
Mattituck, NY.  But by night, Shelter
Island native Joann Piccozzi is the author of a tender, touching and uplifting
memoir called Umbrian Twilight

Joann will be signing copies
of Umbrian Twilight on Sunday
afternoon, July 21, at the Old Mill Inn, 5775 West Mill Road, Mattituck, NY
11952.  You are invited to join her for a
Taste of Italy from 3-5pm.

Umbrian Twilight is a story about a single, grieving mother
rediscovering her ancestral roots and finding her soul's peace among all the
adventures that come with buying an olive farm, and restoring a 150-year-old
farmhouse in Italy. The maternal
warmth of neighbors and her small Umbrian village mirror the familial ties of
her past. Olive harvests overlap memories of family gardens and Sunday
gatherings.  The book takes readers down a path of pain and love and
leads them to renewal and hope.
