Borghese chardonnay gets airtime on 'The Dish' segment over the weekend.
Kerry Heffernan, executive chef of South Gate in New York City, shared his love of chardonnay while describing one of his favorite dishes to hosts Nancy Cordes and John Miller on "CBS This Morning" this past Saturday.
"THE Dish" segment featured a roasted whole black sea bass stuffed with crab and other dishes made with shellfish harvested from Long Island's East End. Watch the full five-minute segment here.
