Graduation week continues with the sixth-grade class of Greenport School and summer literary learning opportunities.
1. The sixth-grade class of , 720 Front Street in Greenport, will graduate at 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Get ready for junior high and locker combos, kids. Go to greenport.k12.ny.us.
2. Get enthused about writing during a session of Luna's writing club at , 105 Front Street in Greenport, at 10 a.m. Luna's writing club is not a writing workshop, rather a group of people meeting once a week to encourage each other in writing. 4. The hosts another fundraising lecture to save the historic building at 6:30 p.m. at 5268 Sound Avenue in Riverhead. Jeff Frank will give a presentation entitled "The Hollow Earth" with stories about our earth being hollow and supporting life inside her.
