Winemaker Studio to Open on Tuesday

New tasting room for local wines is set to open on Tuesday and will stay open seven days a week in the summer.

With liquor license in hand, winemaker Anthony Nappa has announced that he will open the doors of the on Peconic Lane in Peconic at noon on Tuesday.

Nappa said that he'll set hours moving forward from noon to 7 p.m. seven days a week in the summertime.

The winemaker studio is a renovated version of the in Peconic. It will showcase Nappa's own wines and will also offer Grapes of Roth from winemaker Roman Roth of Wölffer Estate Vineyard, Suhru Wines from winemaker Russell Hearn of Pellegrini Vineyards, and Leo Family Red from winemaker John Leo of Clovis Point.

The Peconic space was formerly occupied by the tasting room and before that run by Broadfields Vineyards.
