Rosamond -- do you mean the "truck" outside of North Fork Table and Inn? I keep meaning to check it out — what a great idea!

Lunch Truck is amazing, LLK is a favorite, Old Mill Inn on a warm sunny day cant be beat (but you have to wait for the weekend).

When I am in town I go to Soundview, no matter what I am looking for - you can have anything from salad, to panini to a steak and great daily specials, all at affordable prices. Top it all off with a view that cannot be beat and an outside deck to have your lunch or wait for takeout - it is a great place to be, no matter the season. Rachel and her team make you feel welcome and make great food. Quick service and take out too make it a good choice any day of the week.

Half a daily special turkey sandwich at Wendy's Deli in Mattituck for myself today — always a great, friendly and affordable place to pop into.
