The head chefs of the in Greenport and in Southold recently received some attention in the form of Q&A interviews in the Village Voice and Dan’s Papers.
Both Robby Beaver and Gerry Haden were honored this past weekend at Dan’s Taste of Two Forks, one of the East End’s more prestigious culinary events. And both have earned their reputations as upscale chefs running longstanding classy establishments.
