NY Cork Report: Bedell Winemaker Defends North Fork Soil Quality

Responding to criticism, longtime North Fork winemaker and Patch blogger Richard Olsen-Harbich wants to educate the public with a new display on the soils that produce local grapes.

, winemaker at and 30-year veteran of the local industry, has created a display in the winery's barrel room depicting the layers of North Fork soils that help produce local wine.

Olsen-Harbich disagrees.
