Chamber to Honor Bridgehampton National Bank CEO; Cross Sound Ferry

The chamber chose these two businesses for their continued committment to the North Fork. In March of 2010, Bridgehampton National Bank celebrated 100 years in business, still thriving even in tough economic times. O'Connor told the Times/Review newspaper group in 2010 about how personalized service and an understanding of small business needs have helped the company, which has branches all over the East End and has reached as far asand Center Moriches, stay afloat in an era of big bank bailouts.

Though they are headquartered in New London, Conn., Cross Sound Ferry is an essential transportation service for the North Fork, New York City and the rest of Long Island, serving over a million passengers per year.
