Tea Appreciation, An Introduction

Saturday, Feb. 4. at 2:00 pm. Advanced registration required. This program provides an introduction to the world of loose leaf tea. Topics covered include: brief history of tea; varieties of tea; components of tea; health benefits of tea; preparation tips; storing and purchasing tea. The instructor will be selecting the single origin/estate teas for them to taste and discuss.
