Lieb Cellars OysterFest, the seventh annual tribute to rite of spring and hommage to North Fork viticulture and agriculture. Featuring tastings of signature oyster dishes by a local chef/restaurant every Saturday in April and a special flight of wines for bivalves. Participating restaurants include Greenport’s NorthFork Oyster Company, the Frisky Oyster and Noah's; Northport’s Waterside Catering and Hampton Bay’s Brewster's Fishmarket. The vineyard takes OysterFest to New York City this year with its first Oyster bar crawl in the big apple.
