February Wine & Romance Month at Lieb Cellars

North Fork winery Lieb Family Cellars & Gourmet Chocolate Shop Bon Bons Chocolatier of Huntington  pair fine chocolates with award-winning local wines every weekend in February in honor of Lieb’s annual Wine and Romance Month. The  tastings include four wines paired with four handmade chocolates. Each tasting begins with Lieb’s newly released 2007 Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine garnished with a passion red strawberry.  Each chocolate and wine pairing is carefully selected by seeking chocolates that have the same flavor notes as the wines.
