Chocolate Terroir and Tasting – 12 Chocolates

July 9, 4-6 p.m., $30 per person

Tasting chocolate is different from eating chocolate. Learn the impact of geography, climate, cacao bean variety  and farming practices while savoring  twelve award-winning artisanal chocolate bars. All organic, Fair Trade and made in the countries of origin in far-away places like Madagascar, Venezuela, Bolivia, and the Amazon. Led by Long Island’s “Chocolate Sommelier,” Roxanne Browning of Exotic Chocolate Tasting (ECT). Chocolates will be available for sale after the tasting.

This is not a wine & chocolate tasting - it's chocolates only!
