Bedell Cellars will host a barrel tasting in the cellar on Sunday, June 3rd at 1 p.m. featuring winemaker Rich Olsen-Harbich pulling preview samples straight from the barrels of the 2011 vintages. The event will begin with a welcoming on the pavilion and a glass of Blanc de Blancs, followed by a Q&A session in the vineyard, and ending with barrel samplings and a tour of the cellar. Tickets are $50 to the general public, $45 for Discovery wine club members and $40 for Collectors wine club members. Reservations, which are required, can be made through wine club director Molly Deegan at molly@bedellcellars.com.
