Bedell Cellars Hosts A Ger-Nis Sunday Supper Club Dinner
Bedell Cellars will host the Ger-Nis Summer Supper Club on August 7 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. The night will include Bedell wines, Ger-Nis artistic herbal sparkling cocktails, five seasonal local courses, wine pairings, food education and a raffle. Tickets, limited to the first 65 people, are $130 and can be purchased at http://augustsupperclub.eventbrite.com. A five-course menu, paired with Bedell wines and prepared by Chef Andres Valbuena of the Brooklyn Edible Social Club, is as follows:
Amuse-bouche: Fresh Twin Forks Oysters on the Half Shell with gazpacho mignonette
