Starting this weekend, you’ll be able to sample liquors produced in New York State at in Aquebogue.

“The bar was really small before, just a wine bar,” she said. “But we’ve replaced three tables in the adjoining room with this gorgeous bar — it’s really exciting to be able to add these drinks.”
Comtesse Thérèse Bistro’s martinis will feature pours of Brooklyn gin, vodka or potato vodka from Calverton-based The new bar will also stock pear brandy, four different liqueurs all produced upstate and a sour grape juice low in alcohol from Wolffer Estate that Dilworth hopes will be good for cocktail mixing as well.
“It’s a not a full bar, but we’ll have a dozen or so drinks available,” she said.
Dilworth and bistro chef Ari Pavlou also plan to reveal a new bar menu with 10 different tapas this weekend.
